Safety

The Intermountain Percussion Association (IMPA) requires it’s directors, volunteers, employees, and participants to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. Employees and representatives of Intermountain Percussion Association must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling their responsibilities and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.

While IMPA hopes that all those who come in contact with our organization feel unhindered and unthreatened in raising concerns, complaints, and issues with IMPA, we recognize that it is essential to also provide for confidential and anonymous submission of such concerns, complaints and issues, to ensure that the Intermountain Percussion Association has full opportunity to investigate and address any potential violations of policy, law, or ordinance in the conduct of its activities.
